DEBT PLACEMENT
Our core business line is the placement of debt financing on commercial real estate. We provide an array of different debt structures tailored to the client need.
Examples of funded loans include:
- Perm Financing: long-term fixed/mini-perm for stabilized real estate

- Bridge Financing: transitional and/or value-add real estate
- DPO (Discounted Pay Off) Financing

Our loans are generally funded with banks (community, regional, money center), insurance companies, agency lenders, conduits (CMBS), RE debt funds, RE private equity funds, credit companies, and private lenders.
EQUITY PLACEMENT
We maintain relationships with numerous real estate equity providers from public institutional investors to private, high net worth individuals and family offices.
We have arranged equity investments for:
- Single-Asset joint ventures
- Preferred Equity
- Recapitalization (entity level/partner buyout)
- Programmatic Financing
We generally focus on equity placement for specific real estate projects. In this instance we are engaged early in the deal process to perform a thorough underwriting. By understanding the deal elements, we are able to utilize real time knowledge of the capital markets to introduce the proper partner.
We are also adept at providing our clients with access to entrepreneurial equity capital for scenarios that require short time frames, have levels of distress, or otherwise don’t fit the institutional box.
CREDIT ENHANCEMENT
We have unique relationships with high net worth investors that can provide the balance sheet, expertise, credit, and/or liquidity to enhance a deal and mitigate issues.
We have created a proprietary platform to provide programmatic or single asset credit enhancements to a real estate financing.
Examples of situations that may require our credit enhancements are:
- Manager BKs
- Foreclosures
- Short Sales preventing financing
- Temporary liquidity shortfall
- All cash purchase requirement and/or proof of funds requirement
- First time syndicator with minimal balance sheet
- Transitional real estate or minimal cash flowing real estate
ADVISORY SERVICES
We provide a wide range of result driven real estate advisory and consulting services, combining entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of complex real estate issues.
